Recently watched movies

I'm not doing anything except watching movies and animations. So, I dont have many things to write. In between, first shooting schedule of 'dejavu' is over now. (I wanted to be a part of it but I dont regret it either.) I almost left my job. 'Why' ...I don't know. And 'what I'm doing now' is still a mystery for me. You can call it introspection. I'm trying to figure out about my desires and to explore the ways of life that I want and the obstacles and the methods to overcome them. But, its all not exactly true. Actually, I'm doing nothing. And I'm not able to do it properly.

From now onwards, I want to leave few very important aspects of life in order to make others better. And, I'm not so sure about what to leave and what to choose. Sometimes I'm even trying to escape this necessary situation. And that is why I'm spending all my time in sleeping and watching something. Let's have a look on the flicks I've wathced in last few days.

Hollow Man II (2006 : English) : Generally I like even an average sci-fi movie. But, this movie was not as impactful as the earlier one. (although I consider 'Hollowman I' as an average movie). This movie could not create the thrill upto my expectations. So, I don't think I'd like to watch it one more time. If you don't have anything to do then you can use it as timepass. (5/10)

My Girl and I (2006 : Korean) : Like many other korean romantics I liked it alot. This is one of the very few movies that made me cry. I'd like to watch it again...someday. (Spoiler ahead) Although there were so many good scenes and conversations. But, I'd like mention one here that is most memorable for me.

Rain....Boy and girl, both are standing and humming a song.
Boy: This rain reminds me of something. When my dad and grandma were alive, A blind masseuse used to come to our house. She looked to be in her sixties. She had been blind from birth. But one day she asked me a question. Su-ho, does the rain fall in drops. Or does it fall in threads?
Girl: So how did you answer?
Boy: It falls in drops. Drop by drop. That night, lworried about whether it actually falls in threads. I'm still not sure. How does the rain fall? In threads...In drops...
(Girl suddenly started kissing the boy...and at that moment....everything on the screen became extremely slow and rain was looking like infinite sperical drops.)

Huh...I loved this scene. This is the beauty of korean movies they say very deep things in extremly simple manner. I agree. Although rain looks like a thread. It is actually the droplets. Although life is too fast to be seen or to be felt to the extreme but it is the moments that are important. (like first kiss in this scene) (8.5/10)

The time Machine (English) : Another sci-fi on time travel. I enjoyed watching this. Specailly the thoughts abot future were entertaining (Not provking though). I can watch it one more time. (7/10)

Chupke Chupk (Hindi : 1975) : I think every hindi movie lover knows this movie. I wathced this again with one friend. I've seen it so many times that I feel satiated. But, whenever someone started watching this, I cant resist. (8.8/10)

Marrying school girl (Korean : 2004) : A typical korean 'school movie'. I enjoyed it. Nothing special. But, I enjoyed it. (7.5/10)

Malèna (French : 2000) : This movie is full of nudity. A woman provoke sensual awakening in a group of boys. This story revolves around only two character. Malena and the teen boy Renato. Changing emotions of renato is worth watching. It was nominated for oscar. (7/10)

Darna Jaroori hai (Hindi : 2006) : After few very good movies, Ram Gopal Verma is making very stupid movies. Although I like his attitude to experiment. But, this movie has the same old technique as 'darna mana hai'. 6 differnt stories..well, one or two is good. But, I regretted watching it. I won't watch it again. (5/10)

Faraar (Hindi : 1975) : I watched it to escape fromnewer crappy movies. Typical old movie. Very predictable. Started with suicide of Hero's sister. Dramatic turns like all other movies of that era. (6.5/10)

Hushn Bewafa (Hindi : 2006) : A 'C grade' movie(Am I generous..??? 'd'...???? even Z is less). I picked it up by mistake. Couldn't watch more than a minute. :P (not worth score)

Da Vinci Treasure (English : 2006) :A normal movie. Nothing exceptional. (7/10)

12 Monkeys (English : 1995) : Very chaotic sci-fi. Must watch for sci-fi lovers. Tagline of this movie was 'Future is history'. I really liked this one. It was nominated for 2 oscars. (8.3/10)

Almost Love (Korean : 2006) : Another sweet romantic. This movie provoked me to think about the thin line between friendship (with opposite sex) and love. (7.5/10)

King Kong (English : 2005) : Adventure movie with a nice screenplay. Also I loved the way they showed emotion of the giant ape. (7.6/10)

Pyare Mohan (hindi : 2006) : A typical Indian movie. Nothing great. But, I enjoyed it. (May be 'coz I needed a break that time) (6.5/10)

Jhuk Gaya Aasmaan (Hindi : 1968) : I watched it 'coz I liked 'Arzoo' of Rajendra Kumar in my childhood. And so, I just wanted to try it. All the songs were familiar and very melodic :) (7/10)

Tathastu (Hindi : 2006) : I've seen few hollywood movies like this. Nice indianisation though. sanjay dutt's Acting was great. Amisha was also ok. (6.7/10)

As You can see clearly, It is a huge list. Also I watched one Japanese animation series 'Hunter X Hunter'. It was so good that I cant do anything until I complete the whole series. I spent 2 continous nights to watch the whole series. I've never met a japanese person (not even online). But, I'd like to have a japanese friend in my life to see how these great and inspiring animes affect a japanese society.

Oops..!!! it became a long post. I'll take a rest now.

Not to forget, Today is the birth day of one of my best friend Dona. Happy b'day Don...!!! Have a blast today.

Loss and Gain

When I compare
What I have lost with what I have gained,
What I have missed with what attained,
Little room do I find for pride.

I am aware
How many days have been idly spent;
How like an arrow the good intent
Has fallen short or been turned aside.

But who shall dare
To measure loss and gain in this wise?
Defeat may be victory in disguise;
The lowest ebb is the turn of the tide.

Stupidity at the extreme : Arjun Singh

Read Arjun Singh's Interview Here.

This guy is India's HRD Minister and he doesnt have any idea about any studies done by his own government. People are protesting against his act for last 7 weeks and the shameless person is not even ready to talk about it. Although the whole interview is an eye opener but I'd like to quote first few lines here.

Karan Thapar: Do you personally also, as Minister of Human Resource Development , believe that reservations is the right and proper way to help the OBCs?

Arjun Singh: Certainly, that is one of the most important ways to do it.

Karan Thapar: The right way?

Arjun Singh: Also the right way.

Karan Thapar: In which case, lets ask a few basic questions; we are talking about the reservations for the OBCs in particular. Do you know what percentage of the Indian population is OBC? Mandal puts it at 52 per cent, the National Sample Survey Organisation at 32 per cent, the National Family and Health Survey at 29.8 per cent, which is the correct figure?

Arjun Singh: I think that should be decided by people who are more knowledgeable. But the point is that the OBCs form a fairly sizeable percentage of our population.

Karan Thapar: No doubt, but the reason why it is important to know 'what percentage' they form is that if you are going to have reservations for them, then you must know what percentage of the population they are, otherwise you don't know whether they are already adequately catered in higher educational institutions or not.

Arjun Singh: That is obvious - they are not.

Karan Thapar: Why is it obvious?

Arjun Singh: Obvious because it is something which we all see.

--------------------------

Karan Thapar: I want very much to talk about that formula, but before we come to talk about how you are going to address concerns, let me point one other corollary - Reservations also gives preference and favour to caste over merit. Is that acceptable in a modern society?

Arjun Singh: I don't think the perceptions of modern society fit India entirely.

Karan Thapar: You mean India is not a modern society and therefore can't claim to be treated as one?
Arjun Singh: It is emerging as a modern society, but the parameters of a modern society do not apply to large sections of the people in this country.

If there is something called stupidity exists in this world then this is the best example of it. How can we be so stupid to vote someone like him...??? Well...I'm an OBC student. And I never felt need for reservation. From a very small village of Bihar, I managed to come to the best institute in country i.e. IIT and I never needed any sort of reservation. (My father is a farmer. So, dont apply wealthy or creamy funda.)

This is 2006 and there is still no electricity in my village. (can u imagine a life wihtout electricity...??) I face it everytime I go to my home. My parents still try to tune radio to listen news in this internet era. Don't you think that we need electricity in our villages, and education in our schools rather than this reservation crap...???

Me, Virgo: The male

The Virgo male will likely be ambitious for wealth. Thoughtful, conservative and industrious, this man is not easily contented, being changeable by nature. For instance, he will change his residence quite often. There is a commercial instinct here, coupled with practical, methodical and discriminative characteristics. Males governed by this Sign are experts at finding fault with others. They love details of things and will be cautious about their own interests. Inherently speculative, the Virgo man is fond of science...particularly regarding medicine, food, diet and hygiene, etc. Men who fall under the jurisdiction of Virgo have the reputation of being cool, undemonstrative...or even frigid..in their attitude toward love. However, this is not necessarily always the case. Just as the calmest waters can be the deepest, so it frequently is with the Virgo male. These men need to express their deepest emotions in an almost self-sacrificial manner and this is why they will give so much of themselves to a cause which interests them, or a way of life that they feel is the only way. If that way of life should happen to be matrimony, then they will be completely dedicated to making the partnership a success.

The Virgo man can be a very withdrawn individual, especially with strangers. Indeed, he usually only appears warm and loving to those who know him and even then not always overly-sympathetic in romantic affairs. Needing a tranquil partner, this male requires a solid foundation for happiness and normally makes for a true partner, once he has found the right mate. Although they do possess a spiritual side, Virgo men are basically earthbound in moral outlook, which is to say that they do not float or drift being deeply-rooted in their fundamental beliefs. They tend to be totally unmoved by the more ariel or light-hearted spirits of the Zodiac. Refusing to be flattered by charm, overcome by show or overwhelmed by the "flashy," this male knows what he wants in both love and life...and will pursue same with much determination. There is a tendency here to be secretive about material possessions and the Virgo man may not necessarily tell his partner exactly how much money is in the bank. However, this is usally done with a view toward guaranteeing mutual welfare and he will be devoted to his family. Although orderly and methodical in thought, this male is frequently something of a sloppy dresser. He can be exceedingly demanding, needful that partners and acquaintances prove themselves to him time and time again. This is a soul that can be depended upon but he is nobody's fool. They keyword for males ruled by this Sign is integrity. Above all else, this man needs to feel that he is worthy. There is a quick mind here, together with practicality and honesty, but the Virgo male is basically shy when it comes to sharing emotions. It is important that others not expect this man to be outgoing and he will need help if he is to build confidence.

This is a far from happy-go-lucky character. In order to understand the Virgo man, a person must learn to read between the lines. Above all, this is an individual in need of a partner who has faith in him and can appreciate his depth of feelings and patience when it comes to achieving goals. It will be necessary to appeal to this male's intellect rather than his emotions. Customarily critical, he does not admire the weak and whimpering, instead harboring much admiration for strong people who can hold their own in any given situation. He will not waste a great deal of time with those who cannot command his respect. The Virgo male may be regarded as harsh and arbitrary, but this is only because he expects a great deal more from those around him than they may have been able to provide. The ability to change here is unlikely to materialize. Indeed, this is a somewhat "stuck" character, but the staid attitude may be well-hidden and can cause great confusion to those who strike up an acquaintance with this man.

Virgo men are prone to have practical hobbies...woodworking for instance...and can be magnificent do-it-yourself experts. Any tools of the trade will most certainly be kept neat and symetrically in place. In short, this is usually a shining nature, one which is generous in unmaterial things while remaining careful in every other respect.

Me, Virgo: Innerself

Virgo is the critic of the Zodiac...the analyst and the purist. Individuals ruled by this Sign are the servants, custodians and perfecters of culture, in search of complete realization of the mind. They are logical, practical and methodical, possessing a strong sense of order and organization, coupled with a love of technological advances and anything associated with the state of the art. Virgo natives have a tendency to allow their intellect to subrogate their instincts, but they are theorists and masters of extrapolation and deduction. In short, those governed by this Sign of the Zodiac are nothing short of perfectionists. They want their environments, as well as their lives, to be neat and tidy. They excel in sorting the "wheat from the chaff" and delight in planning, sorting, classifying and storing. Usually very serious individuals, Virgo subjects are indefatigable workers with a strong sense of duty. Their need to serve and be useful is so strong, that they often suffer greatly when such is thwarted. This characteristic, together with the inherent capacity for critical insight, makes for adept healers. However, because Virgo individuals are frequently blessed with superb manual skills, they also make for fine technicians. Those governed by this Sign possess an innate refinement, but there is also a nervous sensitivity here. These are worriers who are prone to pronounced mood swings. Virgo natives may pose large questions but usually refuse to take large risks. Cautious and conservative, they prefer small-scale plans to grand strategies. Subjects of this Sign are rooted in the present and amenable to change only after meticulous forethought. In short, they will not willingly court disappointment.

Virgo natives search constantly for worthy goals to pursue. Self-perfecting individuals, who are punctual and reliable, those ruled by this Sign frequently reside alone, feeling that nobody could possibly wish to live with someone who is not yet perfect enough. In addition, they are often their own worst critics and aim for the highest standards. There is an innate sense here to quickly discern when something is amiss and there will be no rest for anyone until order has been restored. Virgo individuals tend to "nag" somewhat, but that is truly only an indication of the affection these natives have for the object of their "nagging." Basically shy and modest, those governed by this Sign are prone to hide their deep sensuality behind a rather cool and critical exterior. Nonetheless, these are friendly souls...albeit somewhat reserved and thoughtful...who can display flashes of gregariousness and are attractive to the opposite sex. Virgo is the sign of abundance, but its natives always appear to have to work hard to attain it. They are excellent organizers who like to keep lists, collect meticulous details and are often "faddy" regarding food. There is also a tendency to worry about health. Being superbly adaptable, Virgo natives can turn their hand to almost anything and may easily become skilled to masterly levels. However, the typical Virgo is likely to work incognito. Over and above any other Zodiac Sign, it is probably those who governed by Virgo who insist upon being treated with respect. They admire dignity and itellect, and the surest way to win the esteem and confidence of these individuals is to pay court to their intelligence. Blessed with a fine sense of honor, they will never betray a trust but are adept at discovering disagreeable facts and will not be averse to divulging them...particularly if there is a personal point to be gained. Once a Virgo native looses confidence in another, it is hard for that individual to regain it.

Although possessed with the ability to sum up a situation or person at a glance, Virgo subjects are likely to keep their own counsel. Those who are well-acquainted with Virgo natives will love them for their fairness, but to those who will never come close to knowing the Virgo subject, he or she will always remain an enigma...a man or woman of mystery. The basic outlook here is slanted toward practical considerations in every facet of daily life. Hidden beneath the quiet and modest surface, however, is a deep-seated desire for emotional expression of an intensely dramatic nature. Thus, Virgo individuals who participate in the Arts...particularly the theater...find immense happiness and release in this outlet for their inner selves. Capable of generous and unselfish friendships, those ruled by Virgo are apt to withdraw within themselves on occasions and leave others guessing. Some people may be frightened by the inherent Virgo tendency to fault-find, but these natives can also give praise and their judgment is usually highly valued. Virgo natives are generally mild-tempered souls, but can be fussy and fretful about minor irritations and may inwardly seethe over major ones.

Travel is inevitable for Virgo natives, given that Mercury is their "guiding star." Indeed, there are probably more Virgo subjects far from their native habitat than can be found in any other Sign. Thus, these individuals tend to do well in any career which takes them abroad and away from their homelands. Nevertheless, there will always remain a romantic love for the country of birth. On the surface at least, those governed by this Sign may well be perceived as the most calm and level-headed of the Zodiac as well as being the most likely to react quickly to danger. Most individuals ruled by Virgo are by nature acquisitve, gathering possessions and money, and saving hard for a rainy day. Impeccable, methodical, studious and quick to learn, Virgo natives should follow their star by being true to themselves in all things. To attain true happiness, they should never settle for second best.

At their most negative, Virgo natives can be pessimistic, depressed or even destructive. They are blessed with powerful creative drives, but such drives are often handicapped by the need to control and perfect. At worst, the inherent order-loving nature can make them cold, introverted, punctilious, moralistic, overly fastidious, compulsive about personal health and cleanliness, obsessed with organization and mired in petty details. The Virgo quality of perfectionism can sometimes turn to cold-blooded ruthlessness and, on occasion, those governed by this Sign, having an object in view, will stop at nothing to attain it. Virgo natives of the higher type usually possess a rare psychic power. They are also capable of seeing through pretense. If the intellectual and spiritual side of the Virgo nature can be fully cultivated, then its natives will become wonderfully charming, magnetic and powerful individuals who prefer to entertain their friends rather than be entertained.

One of the pitfalls faced by those who fall within the jurisdiction of this Sign is a tendency to rehearse for life rather than actually live it. The Virgo belief is one that dictates they will never be sufficiently prepared to take full advantage when an opportunity presents itself when, in fact, these natives actually do themselves a gross disservice by not realizing that their fine intellects, fully developed or not, are more than a match for most challenges. Perhaps the true challenge for Virgo subjects is to expand their perspective beyond mere details in order to fully appreciate the larger order and underlying pattern of creation. Thus, they will be able to marvel at the abundance and diversity of the world. Individuals who can accomplish this will undoubtedly recognize the goals worthy of service and can then serve with devotion. In so doing, they will temper intellect with reverence.

The secret fear of Virgo subjects is that they will be found wanting or that it will be discovered that they need someone. In general, however, this is an unassuming Sign which produces hard workers who can serve unflinchingly while giving of their hearts.

Me, Virgo the Virgin

Virgo is the Sixth sign of the Zodiac. It heralds the end of Summer and nearing of the harvest. The origin of its name has become lost over time but among European and Middle Eastern mythology, Virgo has always been a symbol of fertility and a representation of the production of crops. Even in prehistoric times, this Zodiac Sign was perceived as both a mother and a virgin. According to some astrological sources, Virgo's original symbol was the Sphinx...mythological poser of riddles...and, indeed, those governed by Virgo are prone to question, turning inward in order to seek larger meanings about causes and purposes in life. Some sources maintain that Virgo began as The Great Mother, a Sumerian Corn Goddess, while in Egypt, she was Nidaba, Goddess of Grain, whose harvest begain when the Moon was in her constellation. In medieval times, Virgo was associated with the Virgin Mary. However, in most depictions, Virgo holds sheaves of wheat or an ear of corn, emphasizing her role as a Goddess of Fertility and Agriculture. Occasionally portrayed as bearing flowers, this image may be a reference to Mi, her Babylonian name, which means "cluster of flowers." Virgo natives seek complete realization of the mind, being logical, practical and methodical with an intellect which subrogates the instinct. This is an unassuming Sign, but one which rules hard-working individuals who are prepared to serve unflinchingly and give of their hearts. Those born under the Sign of Virgo should strive to expand their perspective beyond details...to see the larger order and underlying pattern of creation. Thus, those who accomplish this will know the goals worthy of service and learn how to temper intellect with reverence.

The symbol...or glyph...of Virgo is said to be connected to the Immaculate Conception of the Messiah and marks out the letter "M" or the letters "MV" (for "Maria Virgo" or "Virgin Mary"). It is generally assumed to have originated from the star Spica found in the constellation of Virgo and is indicative of female virginity. In Vedic Astrology, this glyph is perceived as being comprised of three vertical lines and another which crosses and joins the uppermost portions. These three lines are said to be representative of the powers of nature acting within the media of time and space, symbolic of action, inertia and harmony. The additional line which crosses and joins is believed to create tension...the struggle of the Spirit in its natural evolution.

Also known as the Sign of the Craftsman or Critic, Virgo is Negative in polarity (as are Taurus, Cancer, Scorpio, Capricorn and Pisces). The general characteristics of Negative Signs lean toward introversion and prefer to draw upon personal resources rather than look for external stimuli. Such individuals are naturally more receptive, sensitive and nurturing than are the Zodiac Signs of Positive polarity (Aries, Gemini, Leo, Libra, Sagittarius and Aquarius). However, Negative Signs are also likely to be much more cautious, retiring and standoffish than their Positive counterparts with a tendency to keep personal feelings under tight control. Taurus is the most introverted of the Negative Signs (with Virgo a close second).

All Zodiac Signs governed by the Elements of Earth and Water are considered to be Feminine in nature. Thus, Virgo (ruled by earth) is considered Feminine (as are Taurus, Cancer, Scorpio, Capricorn and Pisces). Feminine Signs are traditionally conceived as being more receptive and less active than their Masculine counterparts which are ruled by the Elements of Fire and Air (the Zodiac Signs of Aries, Gemini, Leo, Libra, Sagittarius and Aquarius). Feminine Signs focus primarily on the emotional and material world with particular attention to sensitivity and depth of feeling. Feminine Signs are said to be noctural or night-oriented. Therefore, the term "feminine" should be viewed in the same light as the Yin (or dark) Polarity of the Tao.

Virgo is the natural ruler of the Sixth House of the Zodiac, commonly referred to as the "House of Service, Work and Health" and known in Vedic Astrology as the "Evil Fortune." It signfies the health and strength of individuals as they develop along the path to adulthood, including the personal respect and degree of care a person gives to their body. This House also governs individuals who fall under the care of others but are not relations or kin...servants and employees, for example. It deals with what happens when an individual is called upon to render service and care. It is also the House concerned with family pets and all domesticated animals...particularly the health and well-being of such creatures. The Sixth House is associated with work ethic and the measure of personal integrity as useful and productive citizens of the world. Within the Sixth House is found the rhythm of an individual's day...the side of a person that decides how he or she would like things to transpire over the coming twenty-four hours...the side which plans a personal schedule. In short, the Sixth House presides over the manner in which humankind functions and is governed by the Planet Mercury (also Planetary Ruler of the Third House).

The opposite sign to Virgo is Pisces. From Pisces, Virgo can learn to let go and swim with the current, freely utilizing the inherent fertile imagination. Thus, can Virgo natives learn to accept human imperfections.

Positive Traits: modest, shy, meticulous, tidy, reliable, practical, diligent, analytical and intelligent

Negative Traits: fussy, hypercritical, harsh, conservative, overly-fastidious, overly-conventional, finicky, a perfectionist and a worrier

Likes: lists, hygiene, order, detail, precision, wholesomeness, health foods and perfection (even in minutiae)

Dislikes: squalor, uncertainty, health hazards, sloppy workers and anything deemed to be sordid

Essence of Love

The lark and the chickadee had a conversation. They were discussing love. It was quite a discussion, quite an argument, almost. For they had very different ideas.

Is love getting or giving? Well, said the lark, I think it is in the giving. When I sing, the lovers are drawn together, and I feel love when I give them this little treat. I believe it is in the giving and that is all that really matters.

Ah, said the chickadee, that is because you are focusing only on yourself. What of the lovers? They are not only giving, they are getting as well. They are being together, touching, giving and getting, exchanging. Obviously, love is best when it is an even trade, when each gives and gets an equal amount. This is the essence of love.

But neither of them truly knew, because neither the lark nor the chickadee goes to the heart of love, knows the heart of love. No. This belongs to the dove.

For the dove knows that love lies neither in the giving nor in the getting. The dove knows that love is simply what overflows out of the heart that is full of peace.

The heart that is full of peace begins to glow and overflow. And the heart full of peace cannot help but do this, for this is the essence of inner peace, to overflow and become more than you were.

And of course, in this overflow, there is a giving, since others can share in the peace. And of course in this peace there is a getting, because you are getting the heart of the world, when you get internal peace.

But the true essence of love, you see, is love for yourself, love focused within. Loving yourself so deeply, so quietly and peacefully, that the love for yourself becomes love for the world and everyone else in it.

And why should love of the self be good? Because we are talking of the inner self, the deep self which is one with the flow. And this inner self which is one with the flow is also one with everything else in the flow.

And what else is in the flow? Everyone and everything. So you see, when you love yourself, you automatically love everyone else, everyone else in the world.

For you are all one.

Found it somewhere while browsing.

Question-Answer

Mankind, probably the most mysterious species on our planet.
A mystery of open questions.
Who are we?
Where do we come from?
Where are we going?
How do we know what we believe to know?
Why do we believe anything at all?

Innumerable questions looking for an answer, an answer which will raise the next question and the following answer will raise a following question and so on and so forth.

But in the end, isn't it always the same question and always the same answer?

Ek chhoti si kavita

kalakaar rangmanch pe hote hain aur
mai parde ke peeche chhup jata hoon.
sari taliyan ye le jate hain
aur mai kahin bheed me kho jata hoon.

isliye maine socha ki her baar mai bhi sabke saamne aaonga
aur har baar apne baare me boloonga kuchh nayi baatein bataoonga.

aur isliye aaj bhi mai aapke saamne aaya hoon
aur aapka waqt barbaad karne ka samaan bhi saath laya hoon

kaho to aapko shabdon me uljha doon ya bhavon ke moti se tol doon
ya phir apni karkash aawaj me kuchh meethi baatein bol doon
per aaj...sochta hoon ki apni srijan shakti ka raaj khol doon.

haan ye sahi hoga...kyunki kai baar kuchh log ye poochne chale aate hain
ki o kavi...o natak-kar...ye natak, ye geet aap kaise likh paate hain?
aajtak to mai tal deta tha, per aaj batata hoon
aur apni kalam ki takat ka raaj samjhata hoon.
chaho to has lena, ya jute fekna, in baaton se kab ghabrata hoon
per sach to yahi hai ki mai aap sabko moorkh banata hoon.

aalsi hoon, isliye apni kalpna ke ghode nahi daudata hoon
aur ye natak ye kahaniya kahin aur se nahi lata hoon
aapke saath baithke aap ke hi kisse churata hoon
aur phir aapki hi thali me pados kar, aapke saamne hi kha jata hoon
aur aap hain ki kathputaliyon ki tarah taali bajate hain
meri baat ko sunte hain, per use kabhi samjh nahi paate hain
aur hasi tab aati hai, jab wahi galtiyan baar baar duhrate hain
aur hum jaise log phir se wahi aainna aapke paas late hain
aur aap phir taliyan bajate hain, per samjh phir bhi nahi paate hain.

magar mai himmat nahi haarta, naye utsaah se bhar jata hoon
aur phir se aapke beech jata hoon, phir se kahaniyan churata hoon
thode rang badalkar, phir se wahi chitra aapke paas laata hoon
kabhi saraha jata hoon, to kabhi kabhi galiyan khaata hoon
per phir bhi mai nahi darta, her baar yahi kavita sunata hoon.

kabhi kabhi log meri baaton se oob jate hain, bore ho jate hain
jo sah nahi paate wo gussa dikhate hain, uthkar bahar chale jate hain
per kuchh samjne ki koshish karte hain, gambhirta se apna sir hilate hain
aur hum...us ek hilte sir ko hi darshak samjhte hain
us ek hilte sir ko hi natak dikhate hain
us ek hilte sir ke liye geet likhte hain
us ek hilte sir ko ye kavita sunate hain.

bahut sare log jindagi ko tatolne ki koshish me mar jate hain
aur kuchh mahapurush murdon ki tarah jiye chale jate hain
kuchh log apni jindagi se khafa ho rote hain, chillate hain
per kuchh pagal her bojh ko khushi khushi uthate hain
jindagi se ladte hain, phir bhi gate hain, muskurate hain

nakkarkhane me tuti ki aawaj koi nahi sunta
isliye hum un paglon ki khoj me hi sir khapate hain
galiyon me ghoomte hain, sadkon pe aate hain
aadhe pet khate hain, aur dugni takat se chillate hain.
aur dur kahin kone me, ek waisa pagal paate hain.
aur phir...us ek pagal ko hi hum darshak samjhte hain
us ek pagal ko hi hum natak dikhate hain
us ek pagal ke liye hi geet likhte hain
us ek pagal ko hi ye kavita sunate hain.

Bad Blogger

I cant write because I cant publish at my blog..:(. I started using my own domain name and it worked fine for a while. But, now It's giving an error saying 'broken pipe'. What the hell...??? I tried switching back to blogspot address and this time the error was '004 dk.eos.net.FtpError: Login incorrect'.

I even wrote to the blogger. And I got a very useless response. I'm writing here in a hope ki someday I'll be able to publish this somehow.

I'm very very very disappointed. I never expected blogger to behave like this. Specailly when it is owned by google.

p.s.: finally I published my blog to address vikashvachan.blogspot.com well...dont laugh at the name...It's very hard to find a name that u like :( ) When will I able to switch back to my old domain...:((

Seems like blogger is facing some problems. Some of my old posts are not being published. I even saw one unexpected unwanted post in my blog. Whats happening....??? I'm fed up with 'There were errors' message.

Nobody knows who I really am.

Nobody knows who I really am.
I never felt this empty before.
And if I ever need someone to come along
who's gonna comfort me and keep me strong?
and still the journey goes on
Even on tranquil days so long.
and each new phase of the moon...
...shines upon my heart with boon.
So we offer a prayer.
Waiting for a new day to share.
until the brilliant blue sea ...
...driesup completely.

song after each episode of bleach , japanese animation. I started watching it today.

Jabse tumne dil tod diya

ek waqt tha jab mai hasta tha
ek waqt tha jab mai gata tha
chun chun ke bhavon ke moti
kuchh kavitayen likh pata tha

jabse tumne dil tod diya
maine bhi likhna chhod diya

jab jab tum hasti jaati thi
mai geet banata rahta tha
teri aawaj ki khan-khan se
sangeet sajata rahta tha

jabse tumne dil tod diya
chhandon ne bhi mukh mod liya

wo chand sitaron ki baatein
wo aankhon me kat-ti raatein
wo sang rona, wo sang hasna
sang sang jo tha dekha sapna

jabse tumne dil tod diya
sabne hi daman chhod diya

per dosh nahi tumko dooonga
meri kismat hi kaali thi
jo bhagya ne khichi rekhayen
wo kahan badalne wali thi.

jabse tumne dil tod diya
sab kuchh niyati se jod liya.
