My blog is extremely slow these days. When I tried to discover the reason then I came across an thread on orkut.com 'Is indian government trying to block bloggers..?'

Then I got something on rediff.

I don't know if it is against the right of speech or not. But, definately it is shameful for Indian democracy to ban bloggers. Are we going to follow China or North Korea...??? Department of Telecommunications (DoT) passed an order to ISPs Friday to block several websites. This is a 22 pages list. I want to know the precise reason of the ban. Do we have right of information in such cases? Or this is illegal to ask...?
